I can see charging for certain programming, but letting someone start watching something, then after a couple of episodes you say you gotta pay. If you would have stated that before starting to watch something, I probably would have paid it, but the way you did it is chicken *** Are you really that hard up for subscribers?

Channel USA on tv. Because it is the only channel that plays ‘BONES” tv sitcoms
I would like to know why you stopped playing BONES that is the only thing I watch on that station. I would really appreciate it if you continue playing BONES.
I am 74 years old and that is one of my favorite shows and all I have is my tv shows, I dont go anywhere because I dont get around very good and I love BONES.Thank you so much and I will be looking forward to watching BONESagain.
We also watch MASH sitcomsevery day, and have been for the whole time its been playing reruns. Thanks again!!

My husband and I are avid fans of Law & Order and have been very happy to see that USA Network runs marathons of our favorite show. However (and this is happening on our cable, Hotwire/Fision in Miami, FL...
I already wrote to them about it and they asked me to direct it to you), we have noticed in the past few months that besides your normal commercial pods, you stop the program in the middle of the show to air 4 more commercials (usually Lindt chocolates and Chipotle restaurants) and interrupt the story midway. This happens twice every hour. So that's 8 additional commercials that you are probably charging for illegally. I've been in advertising and media my entire career, and I know this is against FCC rules.
You may be making more money by airing these commercials, but you are interrupting the viewers' program and making it difficult to find out what happened during these additional commercial airings.
We have stopped watching your network and will not go back until you can give us the assurance that this unethical practice has stopped for good. I look forward to your prompt response.

You haven't the SLIGHTEST CLUE as to what you're talking about. The program supplier can insert advertising whenever they want.
They can charge whatever they want with the only exception is the charge for political advertising and within the time window of an election. The FCC has ZERO POWER over when advertising runs or is placed.
Keep complaining to them. They need more laughs!

A commerical
I see you are running a commercial about Marcy Kaptur. I want to tell you that the Janice person is lying about everything that she says that Marcy Kaptur has done.
Marcy Kaptur has always worked hard for her constituents. She votes against bills that do not help her constituents, not the other way around. I know this first hand. I was involved in a conference call with her just yesterday, so am well aware of her interest and and involvement for her constituents.
She has and always will fight for her constituents.
I am shocked that you allow such a commercial to show on your network. I expect you to remove that commercial as it contains so many lies!
Preferred solution: I would like to see the commercial taken off the channel

I’m wondering how her pushing for an investigation into the Signal group chat affair is helping her constituents? When you put yourself out there in a matter that has no chance of materializing, the other side will target you even if it means misrepresenting your standings on issues. She should not start something she can’t finish.

Listings for channel 19.1 - 19.2 - 19.3 here in KCMO have been totally wrong since the beginning of this year. I watch PBS ( 19.1-2 and 3 very much and would appreciate it if you could fix this issue!

Why can't I continue to watch Resident alien on USA ? Now they want me to subscribe to peacock TV?
I was watching Resident alien and now they want me to subscribe to Peacock TV. I do not have a subscriber I use air TV so therefore I'm going to have to pay to watch it and the whole point of getting USA TV was not to pay

Audio and voice sync issues
We are grateful that my client and friend can watch her favorite show with normal audio visual in sync now. As of today, the issue appears to be resolved
My elder client loves Law and Order SVU. The audio is not in sync with the video voices.
It's difficult to watch; please fix the damn thing.
